Kings School Worcester, parents Christmas Ball - December 2008
Re-booked for 2009 and 2010
A huge thank you for the fantastic performance at the King’s Parents’ Ball in December. I have never been to an event where the dance floor was so packed, it seemed as though most people were dancing all evening. I thought you may be interested to read the Headmasters comments;
‘’I was very pleased with the Ball on Friday and I hope that you were too. It was a great evening of entertainment and certainly had the most spectacular opening of any ball that I have been to! I was a bit concerned at all the ladies looking mistily at Daniel Craig on screen during the dancing when they should have been focused on their partners, but there you are. The food was very good – hot (as appropriate), tasty and enough of it. The band was playing the right sort of music and had a better rapport with the “audience” than we have seen for a while. They were dynamic and very professional. ‘’
Everyone enjoyed themselves so much that The Committee have asked me to book you again this year. I know you didn’t like the acoustics of college Hall! But it still sounded great to me and we promise to give you more lighting this time in the Green room!

Wedding - Belinda and Simon - 7/07/07
Mark,Firstly, apologies for not dropping you a line sooner - I can't believe it's
been four weeks since our wedding reception! I don't know where the time has
gone to and life for Simon and I has been manic.
Thank you so, so much for the fantastic night's entertainment that you and the lads provided for us at our wedding reception. We couldn't have asked for a better night - you sounded fantastic and we had so much fun. All of our guests have gone out of their way to say how marvellous you were and what fun they had when you performed. Two couples have expressed an interest in having you play at their own receptions. I've passed on your website details and told them to get in quick if they want to snare you for a night!
Once again thank you for everything - your service has been fantastic, right from the very first email, to the advice about the timings of the set to the actual performance itself which blew us away. We hope to see you at one of your gigs very soon.Wishing you and all the guys all the best for the future,

Just a quick note to say a huge thanks from all of us for last nights gig. Everyone had a great time and it looks like we raised a great amount for school funds.

Bless you all - you were fabulous. Everyone really enjoyed themselves; I think they would have stayed all night if we had let them! The young and not so young all told me how much they enjoyed the night and in particular your music and entertainment. It's great when the dance floor is full all night, and as you said, it must make your night much more fun as well.
I know you have a bigger fan base now! and I think you may get some extra work as people have been asking for your contact details. Thank you once again for all your support and hard work - you all certainly helped to make it a very successful evening. I hope you are able to catch up on some rest this week before your big event.

Alton Towers - 12/11/05
I’ve finally found a few minutes to drop you a line with regard to feedback from the conference last weekend at The Alton Towers Hotel. Having been able to speak to some of the key members of my clients company the feedback has been really excellent with a 100% view that your show was fantastic and everyone agreeing that you must play at their next event in Leeds (no mean feat considering the age range in the audience).
From my own point of view it was a pleasure to work with a band with such a professional approach during the booking and pre event organization stages, having all our questions answered promptly helped immensely from everyone’s point of view. As for the performance itself I personally thought Blind Lemon were excellent from the first chord, proven by the fact that everyone was up dancing from the very first song and were still asking for more long after your scheduled finish time, any fears that I had with regard to trying to please 350 high profile guests soon melted with the sight of everyone having a great time.
So thanks for all the help & thanks for a great show, we will most certainly be in touch.

We had a fantastic day, as you might expect!! But it was capped by a fantastic performance that really made our day extra special.
